Inks for Non-Woven Fabric TNT
Screen printing inks for non-woven fabrics, TNT, water-based. Widely used for synthetic fabrics of promotional bags.
The GREEN EARTH screen printing lacquers comply with the European Union regulations and conditions for ecological treatments.

The screen printing inks, in their water-based textile lacquer variant, come in 1Kg containers.
It is recommended to work with a good amount of textile ink on the screen to be able to remove and cover the design, thus preventing it from drying quickly on the mesh.
For manual drying, we recommend air drying for 8 days. If we have a drying tunnel, the ink curing should be between 120ºC and 140ºC for 4 or 5 minutes. Polymerized this way, it acquires good resistance to dry cleaning. Washing tests should be performed for heat transfer.
The ink for Non-Woven Fabric will be perfect for working with 43-thread screens, but you can also work without problems with screens from 34 to 55 threads.
