Screen printing inks: Do not trust the color of the container, open the ink bottle and check the color. If it is not the desired one, you can make your change or return.

To make changes or returns you must contact us by sending an email to support @ pulpoensutinta and say the order number and your full name.

Pulpoensutinta.com takes care of the new shipping totally free as long as it is our mistake when sending the wrong product.
If the return of a purchase is due to a customer error then the customer will be responsible for the costs of the return and Pulpoensutinta.com will take care of the new shipment.
