Do not dry on screen
After several tests with different components and manufacturers, we have achieved a soft and elastic inks that does not dry on the mesh as quickly as other brands. With the SNAKE inks from Pulpoensutinta.com you can stamp and leave the screen with ink for between 30 and 60 minutes without drying problems, at a room temperature of 18-20 degrees. Not recommended in hot environments above 28 degrees.

For correct use, always cover the design to be printed with a thick layer of ink. After spending 1 or 2 hours without stamping, make tests to reopen the pores of the mesh that may have been clogged.

The screen printing inks, in its variant of textile inks, come in packaging of 1Kg.
It is recommended to work with a sufficient amount of textile ink on the screen to be able to remove and cover the design, and thus prevent it from drying quickly on the mesh.

For a correct curing of the ink, dry in a professional oven at 160º for 3 minutes. With Transfer iron you can cure at 160 ° for 30 seconds.

It is recommended to iron the print after curing the inks for a better finish.

Textile inks will be perfect for working on 43-wire screens, but you can also work with screens without problems 90 threads.
