Learning to stamp!

At the end of December, Helena joined the Pulpo en su tinta team and from day one she hasn't stopped sharing her screen printing knowledge with everyone who has passed through our little workshop.

 

At the beginning of January, Selva came to take a screen printing course at the workshop and thus inaugurate the Screen Printing Kit that the kings had brought her. Her father was a well-known comic illustrator who took advantage of the freedom at the end of the dictatorship to make strips a bit more risqué than what was then usual in Spain.

Selva brought us a really cool illustration of one of her father's girls, intending to give new life to all these illustrations stored in boxes, this time in the form of t-shirts. We'll be watching at the next comic convention!

Between the wine and the music, our student is a chemist from Granada, studying Enology in Tarragona, and at night he becomes DJ Persona Non Grata.



In this session, we were making his DJ logo on different t-shirts, a very cool typographic composition designed by his girlfriend, Beatriz Molina. Girlfriends who give screen printing courses to their partners deserve a special place in the printers' heaven.
