DTF printing terms and conditions
- The customer must not send files in mirror effect, as the company will apply this in the printing software.
- The company is not responsible for the DTF once it is ironed onto the garments, nor for the use given to them. If the DTF is defective from the factory, Pulpoensutinta.com will not be responsible if the customer irons it onto the final garment.
- Files are printed at a size of 55x100cm at 300 dpi and will be proportionally adapted if the file is larger. If the file is smaller, it will be printed at the actual size sent.
- Printing is done in CMYK, so it is recommended to work with the CMYK color palette. The company is not responsible for color changes caused by poor calibration of the customer's screen.
- Shipments are made within 24-48 hours, except in exceptional cases where notice will be given due to internal causes or delays/errors by the shipping agency.
- Returns are not accepted except for manufacturing defects. Pulpoensutinta.com reserves the right to decide whether to redo the work or not.
- Payment is 100% in advance, no financing is offered. Once the print files and payment are confirmed, production will begin.
- Customer service is provided Monday to Friday, and the company's working hours are to be respected.
- All orders are invoiced with 21% VAT. Shipments to Europe will be made without VAT and with the intra-community VAT number.
- The company is not responsible for the customer's garments, nor does it offer ironing services for them.
- Confidentiality of orders and commercial agreements is guaranteed
